{"id":3637,"date":"2015-04-12T21:50:39","date_gmt":"2015-04-13T04:50:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/writtenbymurphy.com\/wonderblog\/?p=3637"},"modified":"2015-04-27T07:16:21","modified_gmt":"2015-04-27T14:16:21","slug":"happy-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/writtenbymurphy.com\/wonderblog\/2015\/04\/happy-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Happy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I am so happy right now<br \/>\nIt feels so beautiful just to be present and at peace<\/p>\n<p>I spent a long time being afraid of all the things that might happen and all the things that I needed to do and I wasn&#8217;t doing.<\/p>\n<p>I was so afraid that I didn&#8217;t know what it was I was supposed to do and that I was going to get caught and punished heavily for not knowing and not acting<\/p>\n<p>Right here right now, I feel safe and like I can enjoy myself<\/p>\n<p>I find myself wondering what I would like to do if I didn&#8217;t feel afraid<\/p>\n<p>I am so used to feeling the wolf at my heels.<\/p>\n<p>It is not quick and easy for me to know what I enjoy<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m paying attention to small things . I like feeling comfortable. I like reading. I like laughing with people.<\/p>\n<p>These are good starts. I also like accomplishing big things.
