{"id":173,"date":"2003-02-19T20:44:36","date_gmt":"2003-02-20T03:44:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/writtenbymurphy.com\/wonderblog\/?p=173"},"modified":"2003-02-19T20:44:36","modified_gmt":"2003-02-20T03:44:36","slug":"not-always-for-the-asking","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/writtenbymurphy.com\/wonderblog\/2003\/02\/not-always-for-the-asking\/","title":{"rendered":"not always for the asking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I have been quite disciplined this evening.<\/p>\n<p>I ate a healthy dinner. avoiding my usual dive for the snack food upon coming home.<\/p>\n<p>I made a new recipe involving Eggplant, a frypan, and practically no fat.<\/p>\n<p>I ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>I then sat down with my files and papers and started making my papers into files.<\/p>\n<p>Now I have cleaned up those files and papers, proud because I&#8217;ve taken a good bite out of this procrastinated job.<\/p>\n<p>THe next task on the list is to sit at my computer and write something clever, insightful and sure to bring me international renown.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m tired!<\/p>\n<p>All I want to do is sit in my hot tub. I think there may already be people from other apartments in it, but that doesnt even deter me.<\/p>\n<p>Creativity doesn&#8217;t seem to lie on the desk underneath my papers, waiting for me to pick it up.<\/p>\n<p>Too bad.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m off to be steamed and gurgled.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have been quite disciplined this evening.
