I got to looking at all the other blogger types on the web.
\nMy GOD! some of these people are so accomplished. I feel very intimidated. And insignificant.<\/p>\n
Whenever I feel that way, I write.<\/p>\n
I AM SMALL<\/p>\n
I am small
\nNo one needs to notice me at all
\nI want to use my talents too
\nBut then I see all the others who
\nHave more to offer than I do
\nI am small<\/p>\n
I am small
\nMy poem belongs on a bathroom wall
\nI would at least have people read
\nThe flowering of my creative seed
\nEven if they did it while they peed
\nI am small<\/p>\n

\nI should not try to stand up tall
\nSo many others have come before
\nCreative artists crowd the floor
\nI’m not even near the door
\nI am small<\/p>\n
I am small
\nIt isn’t even far to fall
\nI should just thank god that I’m employed
\nI don’t have the right to be annoyed
\nThat my job is a soulless void
\nI am small<\/p>\n

\nMy words an insignificant scrawl
\nIt’s not that I am not the best
\nI hate to think it is a contest
\nI’ll do my small small bit with zest.
