Working hard on long days. It makes me kind of giddy.
After the tenth hour at work, the guard comes down and you say things that you might not have said.
It’s kind of fun, but then, I wonder. Is it GOOD to break down the professional barriers?
Do I want these people to know me personally?
You know, I’m not sure abut weaher or not long days at work are a good thing or not. (Even though I put in a lot of them.) The breaking down of personal barriers is difinately a two-edged sword, and many of the people subordinate to me I’m not sure if I’d like them to know my personal life. I have dated people I know at work, though. It seems that’s where I meet most people anymore:/. How about you? Where do you meet people?
