I’m sick again. I’m trying hard not to be, but since I have to go to hospitals and hospitals have a lot of germs, they stick to me.
This one isn’t so bad, it’s mostly the sniffles. I hope it goes away.
I may have to learn a lot more about germ-repellent activities.
I hate to sound like a pill-popper, but:
1. Airborne works for me. I take it before I must go once more in the breach (so to speak) on an airplace, into a house with sick children, into a large public gathering, etc.
2. A regular Echinacea regimen also seems to help immensly.
3. Tea and cookies make me feel better when I have the sniffles.
